Koullis was a senior manager for 20 years in the financial services sector, developing, training and motivating individuals and teams to achieve personal outcomes and financial targets.
He then trained as an actor at The City Literary Institute where he then incorporated his management skills with drama to continue to develop individuals and teams from Graduate level to Executive Leadership. Over the years he has worked in Assessment & Development centres, Facilitation, Role Play and Forum Theatre. He is well known for his Presentation Skills workshops and working 1:1 with leaders to develop confidence, courage and impact.
He has worked at The Cranfield School of Management as a Visiting Lecturer and is currently a Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art where he helps Post Graduate students prepare to present their vivas, and also present to industry.
He has facilitated on a wide range of courses such as Tough Talking; Delivering Compelling Strategic Messages; Be a Senior Manager; Consulting Essentials, and Personal Impact & Effectiveness to name a few. He has worked extensively in both the public and corporate sector.
He continues to act in commercials, film, television, radio, voice over and training videos, most recently with The University of Sussex.
