Lauren is an actor and writer. Her monologue Mr Turner won the Best Writer award at Director’s Cut Theatre’s industry-panelled competition ‘Make the Cut’ in 2022.
Notable acting credits include the BFI-funded short film, The Lost Land Girl, and Network at The National Theatre. Lauren loves improvising and goes to drop-in classes with Hoopla Improv.
Outside of this, Lauren has extensive experience working in the corporate sector. When she is not acting or writing, Lauren works as an HR Advisor for a global retailer. She has taken several courses with ACAS regarding employment law, unconscious bias and minimising bias in the workplace. She has also worked as a corporate copywriter.
Lauren is an adaptable performer, having worked across a wide range of fields, with an awareness of the ever-changing needs of corporate environments.
